A Haircut Experience

Ladies and gentlemen, are you like me and get very nervous when you get a haircut from a new beauty operator or barber? My father used to tease me and ask me if I knew the difference between a good haircut and a bad one. The answer, he always said, was about 3 days...I never thought it was funny. For the crew cut type style that he always wore, 3 days was sufficient...not so for today's longer styles for both men and women.Finding just the perfect beauty operator or barber to cut your hair and who will do it to your specifications is an art, I believe. This is also a very personal type of decision because most of us really do care what we look like...yeah...you guys care, too. When you find a person who listens to what you want and then actually shows they listened by the resulting haircut, you really want to keep them in your life.So what happens when they leave the shop you've been patronizing? Many establishments will not allow them to tell you they are planning to leave, nor are the other employees allowed to share their new location with you. They want to keep your business in their shop...a reasonable business goal I admit. But, I need the haircut now and really don't have the time to wait until I locate my trusted beauty operator, so I give in and allow someone else to cut my hair.I know you have all experienced this dilemma. When I first moved to Florida, I found a lady to cut my very thick hair. She did a good job with the perms and colors as well. We went along quite nicely for a couple of years. Then one day, I stopped in for a cut on a day when I knew she would be there. When I was told she had gone elsewhere and they weren't allowed to tell me where she went, I was crushed! They offered me another beauty operator to cut my already too long hair. I was in a panic! I needed a cut now and did not want to wait. I have always been very impetuous and impulsive with my haircuts. I left the shop that day with a haircut I would never boast about.I learned my lesson that day... I pledged to never allow myself to be in such an all or nothing state that I had to take who was available at the beauty shop. I have since found several beauty operators on recommendation from friends who were even more discerning than me about their look. No more haircut nightmares for this lady. Great haircuts are easily found if you know where to look.To get more information click here French haircut Atlanta or you can also click here top hairdresser Atlanta
